The ClubHouse is available to rent for private parties and events outside of our normal operating hours!

We have two different options:

1) The front building can host approximately 15-20 people and costs $40/hour.  It's the perfect set up for workshops, classes, meetings, and other small gathering needs.

2)  The back shop can host approximately 70ish people comfortably and comes with seating for 48.  If you need more seats than that you'll need to bring in additional tables & chairs.  Cost is $50/30 min with a minimum of 2 hrs. 

3)  The patio/backyard can host 100+ people, but is of course only open during warm weather.  Again, we only have seating for 48, but your'e welcome to bring in more.  Cost is still $50/30 min with a 2 hr minimum.

 

Whichever space you decide to rent, your event must be cleaned up by the end of your booking time so please plan accordingly.  If you need more time for set up/tear down please book an additional 30+ min.  We require a signed contract and 50% *non-refundable deposit to reserve your time slot.  We try to keep the space flexible, so if you want to cater to kids we can bring in kid activities OR if you want adult-only we can remove the kiddie games.  Below are a few local vendors who will provide services at a discounted rate for booking through The ClubHouse.  We also have an a la carte menu you can select add-ons from.  Examples include espresso bar, cotton candy machine, popcorn station, face painting, and more.

Notice given 30+ days prior to event: Full refund minus a $25 service charge or a 1 time transfer to a different date with a $15 transfer fee.
Notice given 15-29 days prior to event: Full refund minus a $50 service charge or a 1 time transfer to a different date with a $15 transfer fee.
Notice given 0-14 days prior to event: NO REFUND OR TRANSFER OPTION.

Please keep in mind we save your event day/time just for YOU, and in doing so, lose other potential bookings.
